Check out my real review of TweetBig to find out what my trial taught me about this product.
I know that some have not found an easy way to cancel their subscription to TweetBig. YOU CAN NOT cancel you TweetBig account through tweetbig.com. Many are stating that it is impossible to cancel however these people are not doing it the right way. It must be canceled through ClickBank. Follow the method listed below to cancel your TweetBig account.
- Open up the order email
- Find the section where it talks about Customer Services and click the link inside that section
- In the upper left corner of this order details page, you will see “Get Support”. Click on that.
- In the drop down box, you should see “I Want To Cancel My Subscription”. Select that
- BE SURE TO check the box that says something about sending the Ticket to ClickBank support. This will bypass TweetBig’s horrible support.
- Fill out all other info needed and hit submit
PLEASE NOTE: ClickBank states that it can take up to one business day to cancel your order. If you are in your 7 day trial, be sure to cancel it around 5 days to allow for that one business day.
If That Did Not Work
If you are having problems with canceling your TweetBig trial or TweetBig subscription, call ClickBank customer service at 1-800-390-6035 and have the order number that is in your email ready. From my experience on calling in, they seem to work with you great. The total call time took me only 4 1/2 minutes and that time includes the greeting and menu system.
If you have lost, or did not receive the order email from ClickBank, not to worry, you can still cancel your TweetBig account. Just call the number listed above and give them your name and the day you ordered, and they should be able to look up and cancel your account.
DO NOT Wait The Full 7 Days
As I already stated above, ClickBank requires 1 business day to cancel your TweetBig subscription. Honestly, this needs to be changed to say 2 business days as when I did 1 business day I still got charged and had to call and get refunded (which they did for me). Be sure to take into account holidays and weekends and plan your cancellation day out right.
If you did not make it in time to cancel and you were charged for a full month, do not worry too much. Give ClickBank a call and explain that your 7 day trial ended on a weekend and that you are not satisfied with the product. They will give you a refund and you will be all good. I was explained that there is a 60 day no questions asked policy that all companies that use ClickBank must follow. If you call and ask ClickBank for a refund during this time, they will give it to you regardless of what TweetBig thinks.
I Would Like To Here From You
Please tell me about your experience with canceling TweetBig. For me, it was pleasant however I know for many, it was not. You can comment below and as long as it is not spam, I will approve it no matter if your opinion is good or bad. This article and these comments are here to help others that are going through the nightmare of canceling this product.

Not too hAppy with tweetbig right now. After using them for several months and wanting to cancel, I’m having a hard time getting it done. Should be more simple. Submitted a support ticket, we’ll see how long it takes to hear back. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO TURN IT OFF JUST BY LOGGING IN AND GOING TO MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

I have TweetBig.I ordered one month worth. It’s been over a month, but is still letting me get in there & use it….wonder if they are gonna charge me for another month…I really don’t mess with it much anymore…works pretty good….got me about 400 more followers….but you can get that without it,really…just follow lots of people & a good bit of them will follow you back…

Just spotted the latest 2 comments before mine…
I followed your instructions in your article and so far it seems to have worked. One thing to note is that you need to follow the customer service link in the CLICKBANK email and not the Tweetbig one. One thing that I couldn’t do was to check the box you mentioned as it didn’t appear to be there.
They’re definitely still using Clickbank.
My trial period isn’t due to expire for another 4 days so I’m waiting to see how quickly my subscription gets cancelled.
ThinkTracey says
I stupidly subscribed to Tweetbig without looking at this first. I’m 3 days in and nothing has changed on my Twitter account so I’m guessing it no longer works.
Needless to say, I’ve put in a request with Clickbank to cancel my order a few days before the trial period ends.

what’s clickbank? do i need to make an account there just to cancel my accout on tweetbig ??????
Chris Edwards says
Clickbank is who the accounts are setup and paid for through. At the time I wrote this article, they were a paid only service and used Clickbank to run their site. I have not checked recently, they may have moved away from there. I do not know.

I am really so upset. I just signed up for a tweetbig acocunt. I didn’t even know that something will be charged after 7 days.
Now I want to cancel my acocunt, but there is NO order number in my E-Mail. I also tried to call the customer service from http://www.clickbank.com, but they couldn’t help me. I explained the customer service my situation and they told me that they could not do anything because they had not charge anything from me or my account. (I didn’t give out any information about my credit card to tweetbig).
I am from Austria by the way. I have no idea what to do.
Can someone help me please?
Chris Edwards says
They wont be able to charge you if you did not provide any method of payment. They may have changed the system since I reviewed it. When I reviewed it, it was something like $1 for 7 days then they would charge me more after 7 days.
They have no way of charging you if you have no credit card on file.
Susanne says
well there is a button to try it out for 7 days / $ 1, but I didn’t fill in the application.
thank you so much, you safed my day…
but do you know how to delete the account in that case?
Nathan says
The support is rubbish. My numbers have been stuck for over a week without any response from tweetbig. I think if everyone tweets about their support that will begin to sink them. Thanks for the info on how to cancel
Mama Chocolate says
Thank you so much for this info! I was feeling fleeced and super irritated after not getting the amazing results promised, trying to cancel and then being charged for a whole month anyway.
I would almost say that TweetBig is a scam, and I greatly appreciate your info here to help rescue all of us! 🙂
I just called ClickBank, and they’re refunding my money and have canceled my TweetBig subscription! Yay!
Thanks again!

Information brilliant. Tweetbig offer much and delivers very little (if anything) Over one week my followers increased by 15 (not the 900 promised) and I think that’s more down to my efforts than anything else.
Clickbank confirmed order cancelled within 5 mins of sending my ticket.
Thanks again
Kelley Connors says
Thanks for this info. I really did not like Tweetbig at all. My followers did not increase much but the people I followed went up dramatically, flipping the ratio for me in the wrong direction! I don’t know what kind of service that really is but it is awful.
I cancelled quite effectively through your advice here and I really appreciate it!!!!
Kimy says
Thank you so much for your blog and information on cancellation
Reinier says
Thanks the info came in really handy, at first i thought i was scammed; when the transaction went through a day early! then theres no way of contacting them on the so called contact us tab; you dont have a ticket was the response… Knowledge is power, thanks…
Apart from that its just working fine

This company is STILL getting away with the scam. I put through the cancellation 3 days after reading your post: I too wanted to write a review after your bad experience. How the hell do they keep getting away with this without being banned by paypal or clickbank?!
sheryl says
Chris – YOU ROCK! Thanks for this post. I remembered an email from clickbank but your post jogged my memory to find that link to cancel. I was severely disappointed with Tweet Big. I simply didn’t work as they said; particularly with the auto accept. Which leave me to .. which tools have you found useful for managing your twitter account? There are many out there !
steve H says
i had the same issues i dont get whats wrong with these people .
I canceled it thru paypal but there service still screws up my twitter acc even after not paying them .
I have just contacted clickbank but what next?
Chris Edwards says
To stop Tweetbig from having access to your Twitter account, just go to Twitter and log in. In the upper right click on your name dropdown and select Settings. Goto the connections tab, find Tweetbig and click Revoke Access.
eric van buskirk says
you guys are awesome. Yea, I was concerned about their access…even changed my password.
Mama Chocolate says
Thanks! I’ve revoked their access, also, now!

You have to go to http://www.clickbank.com, and click the Order Help on the top right of the webpage, and put in your order number, and other information, in order to let the ClickBank find your order. Then you click the support, choose cancel your order. After 1~2 days, your order will be cancelled.
If you want to try out something else, and it is free, you could come to my blog to check out its review first at: http://max-answer.blogspot.com/2011/03/tweettwain-review.html

I was a bit upset when I got the charge from tweetbig.com the morning of the 7th day. I had thought I would have that day to cancel, but I should have done my homework and looked up how to cancel before I registered.
Luckily I found this page, thank you Chris Edwards.
called clickbank.com, waited about 3 mins. The representative, Jessie, asked what he could do for me. I told him I wanted to cancel my tweetbig.com account. With no other questions, besides what my zip code is and how much the charge was, he cancelled and refunded me!!! Amazing service! I’m just shocked that they gave me my refund without having to ask them for it. After 1 min, that was that! Love it, thanks clickbank.
Chris, thank you!

I signed up for Tweetbig’s services on Sunday, and have just cancelled it,thank goodness for your blog else I wouldnt’ve known how to do it,and be stuck with it permanently ,anyway ive sent in my request to cancel so we’ll see what happens, by the way I had to click the back button ( on screen not on the keyboard) to get the option of sending the Ticket to ClickBank support, so if the option isnt there when you first issue the ticket try back spacing =]
Forest of Dean Email says
We signed up as it sounded a perfect way to gain targeted followers and interact with relevent people.
It doesnt work. In principle having lots of followers is great, but the thing about reciprocal following is that you have to follow lots of people and that means the timeline is constantly flooded with lots of stuff, mostly irrelevent.
I also think £12 a month (uk) is too much – thats nearly what I pay for Satellite TV!
Sorry Tweetbig, but in principle its a great idea but seems to fail.

The service does not seem to be worth it… faulty and no customer service. Thank you so much for your blog and information on cancellation. I canceled over the phone with my last name & zip without a problem.
A. Tatum says
I just went in my paypal account and got rid of the recurring subscription. They charged me on the 6th day not the 7th. So its not a full 7 day free trail.
John says
Aboslutely horrible experience.
At first it seemed to be working smooth, and it was quite exciting. However, soon after 100 potential followers, it would load no more, even though it said it was. For two days. NOTHING worked. Absolutely horrible service. Customer service is non-existent with TweetBig. The scheduled-tweets worked well, though. It is just frustrating because I have gained around 10 followers in the past few days with TweetBig, although my FOLLOWED is now over 10x as much, and I had a better outcome and results following people manually on my own :S. Definitely not worth it.
Do not get this. I am already trying to cancel it. We shall see what happens.
Caroline Smith says
Thanks for this. I had problems, completed the support form & was issued a ticket – no response for 7 days. They claim 24/7 support.
Have just figured out that the some of the features do not meet Twitter Best Practices. The only automated following behavior that Twitter allows is auto-follow-back (following a user after they have followed you). Automated un-following is also not permitted. This was a feature I was trying to use on TweetBig, now I know why it wasn’t working. Similarly, I was trying to use the suggested people to follow, this didn’t work either.
It would be really nice if the TweetBig guys could have posted a message on their home page to advise folks of issues. Would have kept credibility. I cancelled the same day as I was charged, have requested a refund, but think I’ll be lucky to see that.
The product doesn’t seem to do much for the money now.
Thanks v. much Chris for the advice, at least I was able to stop the account. (This info should ALSO be available on TweetBig’s website.)

Thank you so much for making this information available! Nothing on Tweetbig’s website gives any information on how to cancel their service. My 7 day introductory offer was over and I was charged for a month of tweetbig service. I tried to send a tickets through support to cancel the service and nothing happened. I feel fortunate to have stumbled on your blog with helpful and detailed information on how to cancel the service. I ended up calling Clickbank directly with the number you provided. They were able to find me through my last name and Zip code. Clickbank was very helpful and kind. The wait time was about a minute. They cancelled the service and issued a refund. Thank you so much for publishing this very helpful post.
